2G FWD downpipe: missing pieces? right one?

hey,

as i was browsing through the other auctiosn i noticed that this one does not have hangars welded on. plus it looks like the piping is not bent in an area that it should be.

so the GST/FWD guys , would you tell me if this DP is the right one for my car?
