Anyone know who makes a wheel 14" wheel that's 8" wide. I got a STEAL on 2 brand new MT ET DRAG slicks that are 26x8.5x14 and it says that a 14x8" wide wheel is the best. I don't care about style or anything like that two main concerns are this number one that they fit two that they're light. Being light is not as important as fitment but still important.

I know 96 ford rangers have 14x7 wheels that fit our cars. How do i know you might ask? I put my ranger wheels on my eclipse before i had slicks and they fit fine. Looked ugly but worked.
If you are looking for something new though, it shouldnt be hard to find if can live with a 7 inch wheel. American racing makes numerous models with a 14 x 7 because that was the stock size on many 70's muscle cars. A 7 inch wide wheel is fine on a 8 inch wide slick. It will just give you a softer side wall.

It's a 8.5" tire not 8" so should I go for a 14x7.5 or will a 14x7 work?

I run a 26x10x15 slick on a 15x8 rim. Thats how hahns sent them to me so thats what they were running as well. You could contact Mickey thompson so that my advice doesnt get you hurt, but i would say a 7 inch rim is fine. Just out of curiosity, is your car lowered? I didnt see it in your profile, but if you are i hope its not too much because 26" tires are a pretty tight squeze.

Nope not at all and if I get any kind of lowering setup it will be a adjustable coilover not spring anyway. I"ll call mickey and ask them what they think and go from there. Anyone else know any cars with good wheels other than explorers?

Mustang wheels would work fine.
