Are you sure its a TD05 & not a TD05H? The TD05 has a smaller exducer than the TD05H.
 
friend with sr20 just sent me a billet 20g dynograph. the turbo is bolt on (t25 inlet) 5h turbine with 7blade billet 20g. the engine is high compression 10.5-11/1 area. 2.0 liters. 93 octane and meth injection. 5 injectors. one on each runner and one small pre turbo. numbers are amazing if you ask me. 431 on wastegate boost 15psi. 521hp at 22psi. stopped there as he was out of injector.

Not a DSM. but recently i built a 9 blade td05H, KTS 7 blade 20G turbo, with a 8cm t3 turbine housing and a 3 inch td06 anti surge compressor cover on my evo 9. Made 538whp and 446wtq at 29.2 psi on e85 today. on a Dyno jet

Now that it's a 100 years since the beginning of this post can someone give me a solid max flow rate of a
Turbo labs TD06 20g SL2 with a billet wheel on 7cm hotside. Im currently running an evo3 turned all the way up and I'm looking for a little more mph

565hp 473tq. Boat would hit 25psi then I would creep it to 28 at redline.

Same exact boost setting but 1° less timing and a a 50 shit of nitrous
611hp 521 tq.

I do not have any airflow readings. I would have to do some math to try and figure that out and it doesn't really interest me.

This was using a Haltech ecu.
The car isn't a dsm. It's my daughter Kouki which we put a S15 SR20 in. It's a built motor that retains the factory intake and factory T2 exhaust manifold. Its still 2ltr and I'm sure I could duplicate these numbers with my Talon if I was to put the turbo on it. The KTS 7 blade 20g is a bad ass little turbo.

No she isn't.

Her car and a side by side of a standard cast 20g next to a KTS billet 20g. The billet is much taller and flows a lot more air.

We tested the billet wheel against the cast one. With only a turbo swap it picked up a little over 30hp both at just wastegate pressure which was 15psi.
