20g Issues

My friend and i were recently installing a Buschur Racing 20g turbo, external wastegate, front mount intercooler, 660cc injectors and a walbro 255lph fuel pump in his '99 GS-T, however after finishing the job, we took the car out for a spin, and regardless of adjusting his manual boost controller, (and even going back to the stock controller out of frustration) the turbo will only reach 10psi, did we do something wrong or is it the spring that came in the external wastegate??

I bet the hoses to the wastegate are wrong. switch em around to see if that helps.

The wastegate only came with one vaccuum line nipple, the end of the wastegate has an outlet where it appears something could be attached to it, but there was nothing there...

It should only have one vacuum port. The MBC is probably hooked up backwards.
