i too can't believe that dsm'ers haven't heard of this event, this was the 12th straight year. hell on dsmtalk and buschur's forums there are entire forums dedicated to just this event.

Obviously the "exsplosion" took place on his way down the 1/4 mile. The meet I believe is in Norwalk Ohio. I wish I coulda gone! I'll go next time so I can drive!

what a great time!! This was my first DSM Shootout, but didn't it seem like quite a bit of the DSM's broke. My guess would be 15% - 20% broke on the track or had some sort of problems finishing. What happened to GRNDSM? Anyway, great time!!

Here were a few I took. I was a little late getting there so I didn;t get much because of the rain. It was fun while I was there. I only saw a few cars run because of all the oil on the track. One picture was on the way there near Bowling Green, Ohio. The other picture are the two competitors.

GOD DAMNIT, It sucks seeing these pictures of a place you goto every other week for Test n Tune, but then you see all these DSMs and know you where out selling computers and printers instead of having a great time.

But it was also the weekend that I had a great time at AutoX I suppose you could say we had a mini-shootout of our own
