1995 eagle talon tsi awd automatic


i notice rattling when the cars in park at different times but it stops when i put it into gear maybe i have something laying in the back thats vibrating? the tranny is brand new and the car is stock just alot of things laying in the back




secondly-
my oil light flickers every now and then even tho i have oil its halfway between the full and empty mark but its still flickering. You guys think maybe the sensor is just malfunctioning or maybe new oil line for turbo is needed or what? Im doing a 14b upgrade next week but the car has been sitting since june. Maybe when i took it out the oil was still just getting worked through the engine. what do you guys think it has 83k on it and is stock. AND most importantly Rabbits chewed thru my wire on my oil pressure sending unit making my pressure read 0 on the gauge could this be whats effecting the oil light

First clean out the trunk and check and see if spare tire and jack is secure,if so it sounds like the rattle could be coming from your exhaust rubbing or maybee a heatshield is lose. and for the oil light, you should cut and splice a new section of wire where it has been chewed. use solder and heat shrink tubing, down that low to the ground it will corode easily

my car had a rattle that ended up being the exhaust being loose. as for your oil light.. id say to fill the engine oil to full and see if it still acts up.

For some reason our cars like to run really low oil pressure when they're in drive. When your light starts flickering, put it in neutral and it will go away.
Remember, less oil also means lower oil pressure.
