This has probably been asked before but can a 91 tsi awd transmission fit into a 93 tsi awd talon?

As long as you have a matching transfer case it will work.

Depending on whether it was an early or late 91, the stock transfer case might even work. The 93 will need a 23 spline transfer case. The 91 will have either a 22 spline or a 23 spline, depending on if it was an early or late model.
