Is this normal bearing wear these are rod bearings. Had some sort of knocking pulled engine to see this I need opinions and the clearances were .003 this engine only had 300 miles on it. The crank was polished and cleaned before install. I did everything right so whats the issue.
 
Doesn't look to awful bad.
But only 300 miles hmmmm
Gonna forward this to a buddy to check out.
If there is no definete answer by then ill let you know what he said.
 
thank you very much i'd like to know ,I'll be p@#$%d if pulled my engine for a piston slap issue I have JE pistons

Assembly lube was used, and the crank was polished. It didn't need a regrind and the right bearings were used. Caps were torqued to 42 lbs according to the eagle instructions
