1g power windows

my windows are not workin rite, and yes i have read the fixes and all that stuff of course but my problem is they're comin off the track when they're goin up it seems like, but if i push them back over they'll go up again, now ive tried a few things to fix it but could somebody tell me which screws to tighten and loosen etc.. so they'll come up straight any help would be appreciated

I had the same problem, I cleaned the part of the window tract that is near the mirror with formula 2001. Now it works perfectly, at first I thought something was loose, but I tried this first and it worked.

allrite i'll try that then,, anybody else got any suggestions though or experiences with this problem?
