1G passanger side axle esi tsi fwd awd same?

Ok i did search first. I could not find my answer Im having issues with my passanger side axle poping out and leaking most of my fuild out. Well it poped out again last night. I work at an autoparts store and i can get another remand for 50 or a complete new one for 65.00 since i am not thrilled with the brand from my store i want to try the other brand i can get from a vender we do business with. When i looked it up for a awd i get no axle options but if i look it up as a esi i get options. I thought the driver sides were diffrent but the passanger side the same. i was hoping for someone to comfirm

The passengers axle is the same between fwd and awd in 91. The 93 and up fwd turbo has larger shafts.

hrmm i wonder if thats my problem when i ordered a replacement the second time of the kind i have now it wouldnt go in the trans for the life of me it should slide in without a problem correct?
