just wondering if anyone know where i can get ecu parts? not just capacitors but the chips. i have two federal ecus and when i put them in my ca car it idles like crap and the plugs are wet. i dont really know how to test the ecus but one is an eprom and i need it to run ecm v3 link. the capacitors are good and i did the egr resistor swap but it still wont runs and idles bad. if i put the CA ecu in its runs fine but that might be because its a good ecu. i dont have any smog stuff not even the wires that go to any smog stuff. i took all of them out.
