1g BOV -> 97 GS-T

I'm getting a non-crushed 1g BOV and am wondering how to install this on my 97 GS-T. Any thoughts on where I can get the adapter and such?

I did a search and went to the vfaq. I found one post about it that didnt have what I was looking for and the vfaq has nothing. What flange is needed to get the 1G bov to fit on a 2G? Is it the same flange needed for a Greddy Type-S?

you need to buy an upper intercooler pipe. no real point in putting it on your stock piping.

The point is the ultimate plastic one is leaky and I would like to see more then 12 psi.

Get Dave Brode's pipe. It is only $70 shipped. IMO much better than Greddy at $200. The flange itself will run you at least 20-40 +shipping, so just save a little and get the UICP which will come with the flange welded and ready. You WILL NOT be disappointed changing them together.

Dave Brode's pipe comes with couplers and nuts/bolts. Everything needed to install except paint. You can paint it whatever color you want.

True the factoy pipe sucks a big one. Unlike the stock CBV tho, the pipe doesnt leak. In that case he can increase the boost with out having the stocker leak it out. This was the second mod I did. At the time I didn't have the cash to spend on doing the uip at the same time so I purchased the 1gen bov with and adapter that fit the stock uip...it was like 15 bux.
