Hi, I have 6 bolt in a 2g project car I am basically finished with it except the stock battery went crap on me, i have a basically new 1g battery sitting in my garage.

My question is if there would be any issues/instability if I just bought a new terminal ring and hooked the top and side posts together so that I can use the 1g battery in the 2g?

Thanks in advance.

I'll never understand why the automotive world needs more than a half-dozen battery sizes. 12V is 12V. CCA matters when you're starting a frozen car in the Arctic.

some of us do have to start our frozen cars in the arctic LOL

I never lived as far north as you guys (lived in denver and in kansas), i hate the cold, must be why i live 1300 miles away now in SW arizona.

And Defiant, things would be too affordable and convenient if the auto industry used standardized parts. Hell i would just be happy if the replacement bolts i get from the hardware matched the stock mitsu size instead of having 13mm heads!
