Alright so I bought a 99 gst spyder convertible left outside for 5 years owner said it needed a clutch or shifting linkage didn't want to work on it due to not liking fwd anymore so he let it sit there I'm planning on fixing it and painting it an artic white with perlacent thing is it sat for years what should I do besides changing gas,oil,coolant, clutch fluid, brake fluid. Before the car messed up he stated that he put a new stock talon turbo on it was running on 12-14 psi. Around 100,000 miles on the motor and 120-200 miles on the new turbo.

You should plug in the maf before trying to start it. Figure out whats going on with your cam angle sensor. 1999 should have one on the side of the head. Might have a 95-96 style inside the camgear. If thats the case check the wiring and make sure its done right. Your injector plugs indicate that you still have the 99 wire harness. I always like to pull the ecu and see whats in there.

Take a look at the timing belt, might want to swap that if its crusty like the rest of your engine. A bad timing belt will destroy your engine.

Looks like you have a some mods. Evo3 intake, apexi dual chamber bov (old school), turbo looks like a stock 1g. Dnp/ebay exhaust manifold. Prob other stuff, thats all I can see in the pic.
 
i would check the wiring over real good. i see electrical tape on the wires going to the power transistor and the wires coming out of where the stereo was. Electrical tape is never a good sign.

and im not sure whats going on here, there is a red wire thats coming from the battery and a connector. it looks like there might be some wack shit goin on there
