1999 Eclipse Factory wiring code/colors HELP!!

ok so me being stupid and in a hurry...i cut the factory harness off so i didnt have to order a ####IN mitsu harness from autozone cause apparently they arent as important as the 20 million windsheild washer LED's they have in stock.....vent over...ok so i go online to find a schematic for a 99 eclipse factory radio wiring and i come up w/ three different schematics...and all are wrong.....does anyone have a correct diagram (left - speaker, left + speaker etc. with colors) for a 1999 eclipse.....its pissin me off....im bout to just wire the harness back up and order a mitsu harness and just wait till it comes in

umm, so you cut the mitsu radio harness. that was a bad idea. but all is ok. just use youre new radio and ground it(the black wire). now try to find the power, use the red wire with the inline fuse and connect it to each wire and try to turn on the head unit, this should work. oh and hook up the antenna too, cause it seems the head unit doesnt work unless the antenna is connected.

other than that, you might have to buy a chiltons manual.

Do a search on the forums for Factory Service Manual. You can download a PDF version of the Mitsu Factory Service manual and it should have the wiring scematic in it for you.
