1990 Talon Tsi Spoiler Removal?

Hi, Guys just recently bought my second DSM this one has a rear spoiler that seems to be housing an army of small ants. What I need is to know how to remove the entire spoiler and exterminate these pests. Hope you guys can help please! Thanx

you have to remove the panel on the inside of the hatch
and then there are a couple of bolts under that in 2 holes
then when u remove those u have to slide it up and off
