18 G turbo????

I got a good deal on a 18 g turbo, just want a know a little info on them thats all!! Will they bolt right up to the manifold on my 1 g??? And will i have any trouble running this turbo with very few mods done??? Thanks!!

It's poo.

It is generally considered to be an upgrade from the 16g, however, the compressor wheel is just not suited for our cars. In any kind of high boost, somewhere north of the high teens, it gets inefficient.

These used to come in the Greddy turbos, I think, and maybe the Frankenstein juniors.

If it's really cheap, go for it. Like, really cheap.

As long as it has a mitsu turbine housing, it'll bolt up.
