16g on a 1g Auto

I want to know if a 16g will bolt on without a installion kit and a new mainfold. Because some sites like slow boy say you have to have the 2g install kit and a different mainfold, but some don't so I'm confusied. Some one clear this up. This info is for the autos only .

The first generation cars with automatic transmissions were outfitted with smaller turbochargers to help them spool more quickly. The downside to this is that also run out of air quickly. Upgrading the turbo to a larger unit is not as simple as the manual transmission cars because the turbo hardware is different on the smaller unit. The kit includes: oil feed and return lines with gaskets, both coolant lines, banjo bolts and crush washers, 7cm2 turbo inlet gasket, and turbo outlet gasket. The exhaust manifold should also be changed at this time as well as the injectors.

I agree with them, you will definatley need to get more fuel in there with the larger injectors. 2G manifold isn't necessary, but the difference is huge compared to the 1G. You will need a SAFC to correct the air/fuel ratio also.
