How are you spooling so much on the line? Are you using anti-lag? Details..

Foot Brake till it's fully boosted.. Takes a while tho, so we are gonna use a 75 shot to be easy on the tranny. I got some vids i'll post them soon. The first stall we had from IPT spooled the turbo to 20 psi much sooner than this one, but if you want to make alot of power you will want a tighter stall , just use juice for spool up.

I dont know if you can use anti-leg or 2 step. as it cuts cylinders to build boost and wont put a load on the engine.. I know of a supra/probe who tryed it but fell on its face as it launched.. if you get it to work, Please tell me

how much do you boost at the line? what was your 60 foot?
we were spining with 24'' slicks as our suspension sucks, stock struts....

Here is the timeslip...

Yes it is. And no, the cage is not finished. We took it out to work out the bugs, we had zero intentions of the car running into the 10s to be honest.

Why such small slicks?

While on topic of that anyone have an idea of how big of slicks can fit under stock wheel wells? 26" or 27"?

Their 24.5's, pretty close to stock rolling diameter, the next jump is a 26". Continue to run these until its runs out of gear but for the current power its making and will be for awhile the 24.5's suit it perfectly fine. Cars needs suspension before it needs larger tires.

Hopefully very soon I will have my thanks to extend to straightline as well as IPT. Our cars sound similar in build minus the AEM EMS. I have a gt3082r I am planning to slap on the car and I can't wait til I get to drive it again. Hopefully I will be able to reach similar times once my manifold from PSI2HI comes in.

BTW what are you using for a torque converter, restalled stocker or a custom billet unit? I have a 4300 stalled billet from IPT.

I have the IPT high stall. Foot braking it goes to 3,000 rpm and as it builds boost the rpms jump as high as 5000 rpm ( 20 psi ) wastegate boost I dont think I would want anything higher for my set up..

Your going to be very happy with the SLS manifold.

I would think the car is making under 450 hp to the wheels.

Heres a a hp calc I found on google.
Calculate HP from Trap Speed
Vehicle weight in pounds (including driver)
lbs 2780 ?
Trap speed at end of 1/4 mi in m.p.h.
m.p.h. 128

You are making :459 HP at the rear wheels and 541 HP at the flywheel*.
JavaScript must be enabled in your browser for the calculation to work.

*Note: Assuming a 18% drive train loss.

Nice job, great 60 ft time, sure is nice to be that light, you never said how much boost you are pushing or shift rpm??

So you are leaving at 5k rpm with stock 3 bolt axles OMG

I would not put taller slicks on it in fear of it not 330ing as well. If you push it you will probably be putting $$ into that stock suspension and make sure you have a AAA card.

THANKS.

We have 4 bolt auto rear end and axles.. shifting right @ 8600 on the dot. pushing 22psi max! I've had a dsm for 7 years .... they do break every other time at the track...

car should weight between 2600-2700 is my guess (with out driver)

we moved the shift point to 9,000 rpm
