the guy told me its a real MHI evo 16g, no one has tried to buy it and hes been trying to sell it for like a month for 200... my friend just bought a 20g off craigslist for 70bucks and what o2 Housing should i upgrade to then?

hey so i found a real 16g turbo on craigslist and im meeting the guy to buy it tomorrow he said he will sell it for 100bucks am i getting a good deal? and does it bolt right up to my 2g exhuast manifold and o2 housing?
