Well I think if you would have clocked the turbo any other way it would have worked lol, teh way you have it clocked is probably the worst position. I wouldn't chop up that nice carbon fiber hood, just clock the turbo and re-do the IC piping. Search on here or 2gnt or ebay for pics of how front...

5psi is definitely not the limit on the stock motor, especially if he is running a front mount intercooler. I have been running 8psi daily with a 2g SMIC for 12k miles now, with no problems. I attempted to run 10psi at the track but ran into some fuel issues, so he should keep it at or below...
