From what your saying he cannot gain from a better flowing head and a T4 set up? What does the 16g flow? 34-37lb/min? Somewhere in that ballpark I believe.

I found this flange on ebay for the hx52. The measuremets are slightly different than tims.

There is no play in it but, it does need a compressor wheel. The wheel is $103 and its $295 to rebuild it at turbo exchange in concord nc. They rebuilt my hy35 also. Just a quick fyi. I picked it up for $75 on ebay and most of the time they don't go for much more. What do you plan to do with...
The HX-52 was and is used on the volvo trucks. There was one on ebay a few months ago for $700. It was rebuilt and looked to be in top condition. If I can find it I'll post the link. Also if I'm not mistaken the HX-52 has a T6 hot side. Does anyone have any info on the HX-52?
I made 330hp and 341ft. lbs of torque with a bad ecu on pump gas only using a gm maft for tuning. On top of that I could even tune because on the second run the clutch was fried by 5k, the afr was richer that 9:1 on the run and the cas was retarded all the way. (not a good day for the car)This...
