    Thanks. The problem is I don't know where this leak is or even if it exists. I just can't hold any pressure..which is odd because the car runs great. I was just doing this as a maintenance test and can't seem to hold any pressure. I'll try sectioning the intake off smaller like in the article.

    Ford Probe smic?

    My dad has a 1992 Ford Probe GT and he just totalled it. He says I can take whatever I want off it and I noticed the SMIC is alot bigger than the stock 1G one. Does anyone by any chance know anything about these? Like if this intercooler is more efficient? I mean, I know bigger does not always...

    Theres a little side to side, no in and out. Its probably from when I threw my balance shaft bearings out at the strip (not one of my finest moments in shifting). Thanks, my mind is at ease.     Ok so I take the turbine housing off to port it and find that the fan is chipped on the back side. all the blades have a similair chip in them. I was wondering if anybody else had this and does it mean the turbo is going to die soon, or if you know if I may have some more life in it. If needed...
