The only way to do it right would be to know what signal the airbag is throwing when is connected and add that resistance or what ever signal is to make the srs computer think the airbag is connected.
Think on the timing belt as the tires of the car. When they are new but seats for many years without moving, they get dry and cracks once they see flexibility, it’s same thing with the timing belt, even if the belt was new when she was running, replace it when it has years without moving.

Any data where the % was on those 450cc?
Hitting the target with small injectors doesn’t mean is safe to run.
You don’t want to run injectors 90% continuously, you will be looking for trouble.I was at 90’s with new 550’s RC and didn’t get all out of the evo3 turbo.OP, I would go no...
They are at the right side of the head.Check the ac compressor connector and the crank connector they both are identical so check you have the right one connected to the crank sensor.
What car are you working on (1g a/b, 2g a/b )?In a 2g there are 2 triangle connectors, a crank and a the AC compressor connector which they both can be plugged to each other, make sure you didn’t connect the crank to the ac compressor, otherwise it will never start.
Wondering if you have a good working temperature sensor. On a 2g, most of the time a bad coolant temperature sensor will hold the engine to start, it will flood the spark plugs at first crank and will not start at all.Every car is different, but 80% of the time they will not start.I have...
Do as Pauleyman says, You will see how much pressure it comes out of the return line and will know if there is pressure. If you aren’t sure about it, you can even do the same thing on your other car and compare the pressure one to another, they should have idéntica pressure coming out of the line.
When you have asses to another cars part, it’s way easier to find the problem. You can have fuel but not having enough pressure to make it run.If you have a can of carburetor cleaner, you can spray some in the intake filter housing and crank it, it will start right up and die, if it does...
Is the idle steady when at high or is it goes up and down?
It can be a boost leak or even the ECU, you should check boost leak first, and leave the ECU at last, very rare the ECU cauces a high idle. From 12 DSM’s I have own, only one had a bad ECU.Thous the idle comes down after turning...
Sounds more like off timing, I know you have said you checked it but can you check it again and take some pics to the bottom and top marking lines, we might see something you aren't seeing.
Also what cas do you have is it a 1g or 2g.
The harness is not the same if it would be both eclipse you might be lucky but eclipse to tsi (talon) no its not the same.I just try to do the swap from my 95 eclipse to my 95 talon and it didn't work, however they do plug but some wires are swaped.
Ok wait a minit.First.... You have to figure out what wire comes from the Ignition (starting point), which looks like you all ready figure out...Second.... You have to figure out what wire comes from the starter (check continuity from the starter to the connector), once you figure out which...
Can you tell us how you have it wired up (complete wiring), you might have one wire hooked up different.
The signal of the brown wire is an output from the gauge, it shouldn't be grounded, it will better cap off (leave it along) if you don't need it for logging.Give us details of your...
You have to find the wire, so check continuity from the bulb to the end of the terminal where meet the connector, that's the only way to make sure you have the right wire.
Check continuity from the bulb (cluster) to the end terminal where hoocks up the connector so you know which line is it, once you find it then check continuity to the relay.
Ok then put a test light on the plug and turn the key to the starting point, the test light should light up, if it doesn't then check which pin does this way you know you are getting power from the switch., If you are not getting power then you didn't hook up the starter relay or you didn't...
Then check for fuse #8 at the cabin it might be bad, if fuse is good you need to check continuity from bulb outlet (Blue wire) to the alternator relay (Black/Yellow wire) then from alternator relay (black/yellow wire) to alternator (black/yellow wire).
Check this first 2 pics, that's what you will be looking for, just googleDSM 2g ALTERNATOR RELAY and click on imagesQuick question what year is your car keep in mind 1999 didnt came with alternator relay though.
That's not it, that looks like the boost control, the other one is right on a side is attached to the same bracket. It should be a 4 wire plug (relay style)
Remember the power steering fluid will kill the alternator in minutes, so make sure you have leak free otherwise you will have to change it again soon.
Does your battery light comes ON when turning the switch to the on position?, if it doesn't then you have a bad bulb.If the alternator tested bad then it's bad no questions asked, now the wire that was loose at the alternator plug needs to be fix in order to have all Working properly...
