Well if you plan on going turbo it would be pretty pointless and a waist of money to get a header.Try buying stuff you can use alon with the trubo like a afx udp,ngk plugs and wires,exhaust ect.....

i have beat cavaliers,civics,n/a spyder eclipses, sunfires, s10's, contours, probes, intrepids abd every kia.The cars that i have raced and lost to were a lowered tacoma.I have cai,ngk plugs, magnecore wires,and a muffler.Oh yeah and i have a auto too.(plan on doing a 5speed conversion same time...

what do you have to do besides a stage 2 for a auto to reach 12-23 sec 1/4 mile times.Also does anyone on this site have a auto with a turbo kit on their 420a.

But whats the point of putting one on if their is no difference in the diameter from a rs or the gst exhaust.How can you gain any power if its the same exhaust but with two resinators and a different stock muffler.

Evulflea why didnt you just get one of those mufflers with a removable silence like the n1 mufflers if you were sick of the noise.

When i do the mod to my car im going to have to get some real good crack so that way i can think im chirping in 1st and 2nd gear,and who know maybe if i smoke enough i can chirp into 3rd and 4th too

well when does the final gear mod start to affect the top speed?around 90mph, 110mph, ect............If i was at a roll doing 50mph and raced someone would the mod make it slower or faster?

you would benafit more from a full cat back exhaust, but you can still get that deep sound with just a muffler.

I'm going to be geting a turbo kit in a year and want to get a cat back exhaust right now and was wondering if a 3" would be fine for me to get. As everyone know a N/A dsm with just a few mods isnt fast so losing a little hp is not going to bother me.Will the 3"be alot louder than my stock...

i wanted i exhaust shop to do my 2.5 catback exhaust but none of the shops have a mandrel bending machine. The only shop said that he has pre mandrel bent pices he would weld on at the bends,so would that be fine or not?All the other place said at the bends it would go down to 2.25.

my poping is 1.5 and it doesnt do it when i just rev it.The only time it makes that noise is when im at full throtle and it shifts

its just a crackeling/poping/farting kind of a noise when it shifts. Its hard to explain unless you hear it for yourself.

exactly what you said you have to cut it in half and connect the two pipes together with the bypass valve. Just make sure you get all the metal shavings out of the pipes.

hey with the shiftronic from level 10 will the car not move till it reaches a high stall rpm like a high stall torque converter does or would you still have to get a different converter?and is the shiftronic better than the translab shift kit,high stall torque converter and level 10 kit?
