i think it was honestly, i had it for many years, at first it was very good the only problem i ever had was that dam power steering and alt belt. After it hit like 100k it started causing all sort of electrical problems I blew 2 engine's. The first one piston rings fried, 2nd one blew in a week...

Warm up the car til the temp reads halfway. Rev to 3000 Rpm, if smoke comes out look what color it is. Hopefully its not blue or white.

I'm a old timer on here....... Try to get a 95. I had a 98 and had so many problems, so many sensors on that car that is not necessary, they break and are expensive. 95's are obd1 and in my opinion they run better.

I have IceMan Cold Air Intake... which a few of 420a tuners out there dont have.The Iceman comes with a 3 inch k and n filter. No Clue What your talking about losing power. 2.5 or 3.0 inch size filters dont make a difference. Its all about the brand, autozone filters which are probably...

:) Greddy Evogo for the greddy evo... i sweat this exhaust... good thing you will have a sound not too many people will have.... its a low deep tone pitch from 1000 to 3000rpm then when your redlining all hell breaks loose.... i have it on my car and i sweat it so much... i could care about...

you said i changed the spark plugsThis might sound scary..... What kind of plugs and wires did you buy....to me i recommend Ngk Bkr6e-11 .... and get some bosch wires..... thats the problem im pretty sure because i had alot of issues with this stuffHit up pepboys cuz autozone dont...

Just fixed it... replaced the plugs with ngkbk6eix-11 ... i could tell the difference as soon as i hit the gas i was kind of surprised i was losing power i guess

Thanks ... All this information was from a 1995gsYes i can also hit over 100 in 3rd gear i can hit excactly 103~105 with my 98 .. my friend in his 1995 eclipse can hit 95~98 in 3rd....but then again its all about weight and elevation

Did a lil searching on our gearratios and worked on some graph i found... and i found out what our cars would top out if we redlined 5th gear... hope you guys can understand the graph pretty cool rite lol.... this is on 205/55/16 tires ..let me know what u guys think :thumb:1...

NO rs\gs eclipse is running 14.3 with out nitrous or turbo.... or all motor compressed atleast at a compression of 12 on the blockdont give me no intake exhaust header cams and borred out throtle body cuz thats only keeping you in the low 15s if your lucky

I got some wierd problem... i got ngk spark plugs ... im always mis-firing and i just replaced them a year and half ago.... so i figured it was the wires so i put on bosch wires .... then i gapped the sparkplugs to .65 ran great for a week then all of a sudden i start mis-firing again..... what...

in what world are you running 14.3???i got basically have the stage 1 upgrade in my 2g eclipse n/t and im only runnin mid 15's on a good day...so if you are runnin 14's u better give me some advice... but good try anyway

Great Shocks.... i have them with dropzone springs...... my ride is so beautiful......i heard with eibach springs its a lil better.... but i just wanted dropzone springs for the 2 inch drop..... go for it :thumb:

I really do think im running rich.. i have the air fuel ratio gauge ... and i connected it to the white wire with black stripe.. but its not working because 1 of my o2 sensor are broken ....some one also told me i could be burning valves...im pretty sure its because of that...

Actually nevermind,i havea 1998 eclispe1997-99 have obd2 computers so they have 2 clipsand 95-96 have obd1.... so there is only 1 clip...so im totally wrong i think

it should be a white wire... for the tach signal... hold on let me go check my car lolwow its cold out here in jersey lolKK BACK.... bottem clip.... Solid wire wire ... mostly all of the wires have colors with a stripe.... the rpm signal has no stripe its just straight white...
