My project car has an engine swapped n/a crab distributor setup so, I did not need an ecu. I am wondering if you can get a gauge cluster with pigtails and simply wire them in or do you need some sort of module that it must go through for the signal?

All the 1/8" 1x1 on the front end has steel plate between it and the unibody.
