Where did you purchase those bushings from?

Old post, but did you end up finding the issue? My cruise control worked when I bought the car and stopped working when I pulled the TB out. I have a hunch that I have damaged the vacuum lines.. Just wanted to see if you were able to get your issue resolved.

Check your connections near the battery and make sure they are all making solid contact, same goes with any grounds that the car uses.

Have you done a boost leak test? I found one at my throttle body that is causing a random rough idle, although mine is not as bad as in the video. Also, is the car throwing any codes? Might help you determine what steps need to be taken.

I just purchased and installed the one linked by spyderdrifter. Quality was great and had plenty of line to mess with. In my opinion it is worth replacing the OEM one anyways. +1 for spending the money on quality parts.

When you replaced the oil pan, did you torque the bolts down in the correct pattern?

The dealership probably has a key if these or OEM, we remove these all the time for customers who loose the keys or just don't want them. It's amazing how many cars come in with locking lugs on factory steelies :ohdamn:

It should just slide in and click in place. I'm not sure what would be hindering you from doing that as long as you are inserting the connectors in the correct direction. Keep trying, you should get it. If all else fails post a decent clear picture of the bulb and the connector and see if anyone...

Did you buy a 9006 bulb? I have not sued this brand on a DSM before but I did have them in my old Galant with no issues, if they are the right size they should fit fine. Also, what connector are you referring to? The bulb into the housing or the wires into the bulb itself?
