How did the oil look when drained? Also check your lifters.

Thank you for the response. I went ahead and removed the electrical cap and it looks as if the one wire is factory. I know it’s spliced into a aftermarket harness. I’m stumped on where it originally went.

Cleaning up my new dsm from a sheyty previous owner and I’m kinda stumped on there this wire goes in the ecu harness or if he added it.A better look.

Just got back my center diff from Jacks yesterday. I ended up just doing the Torrington Bearing Upgrade. Doing the assembly today so figured id post the specs for the center diff incase anyone is having trouble finding them.

Id take an air hose and spray the fuel lines from the tank to the fuel filter hose. Also if fuel pressure is dropping there must be a leak somewhere. Likely internally if you're not smelling anything.

I put my hand thru the throttle body side. I do it with the starter in but removing it might make you life way easier. I use a quarter ratchet.

Thanks for your input. The pump actually stopped locking up after removing the gear housing bolts and reinstalling snugly and Not torqued (although still notchy). Im sure the issue lays within that housing. I’m still terrified of this pump tho and will not risk using it haha.

Thank you for the reply. I was under the impression my alldata values were incorrect as everyone on here is running loose. I couldn’t find anyone mentioning the factory specs. But then again no one on here is keeping their vehicle factory haha.

I'm looking up Ring end gap on Alldata and its giving me these values. My current measurements on 1st ring are .406mm (.016in) 2nd ring is coming in at .559 (.022in) Is that too much on the tight side? Plans for the car are to stay on factory T25. I'm using factory replacement pistons.

Verify that all 4 cylinders are getting spark. Also a huge vacuum leak will cause a no start if you’re getting spark and fuel.

They sell ARP turbo to manifold bolt kits on stm. They come with washers for around 25. Shipping is additional tho. Maybe 7.

The dash I pulled it from was an auto but I never removed the cotter pins to the auto shifter. Just to rule that out.

It’s a 5 speed. I’m really hoping it’s not part of the dsm. I’ve never seen what’s inside this glove box and hoping it’s from a different vehicle.It’s a 1/8th inch cable.

It is about 12 inches long ;).

What rpms are your shifting into 4th? Skip to 5th at a decent speed to accommodate the gear and see if you have similar results.
