I have had luck using a torch and making relief cuts 180* apart then taking a chisel to it. Good luck.

Galipso, the filter was sitting on my AEM Boost Control Solenoid, somehow it burned a hole into the filter.

So I was working on the car today to tighten up the turbo water in and out bc i had a coolant leak, I took my air filter off and noticed a small hole in it. Pictures below, is this a problem? Yes it was wet, I could not find the fuel fuse. I pulled the ignition fuse and the car wouldn't crank so I plugged it back it. Should i have brought it up to a higher operating temp?

Operating temp was around only 160 degree, then the car sat for 8 min. Not sure what you mean by wet or dry. Engine only has 59000 miles on it, and why would you suspect a HG issue otherwise? Lastly I only let it crank over for about 4 seconds, should I have waited longer?

I tightened the exhaust manifold bolts with a torque wrench so yea there tight, and my oil feed line snapped while i tried fixing it from leaking.If i put my new turbo on could it become damaged with the oil coming from the exhaust manifold? I'm gonna pull the manifold Thurs when the new oil...

Nope not burning oil, and there's no blue exhaust fumes, everything looks normal other than the oil build up.
