I understand that, and thats why I revived them, they are two different builds and want to see whats up since its been sooo long.

Well to answer your question no you dont need an adapter plate it bolts right up to the 420a motor. you just have to make a new tranny mount. oh and get srt axels of course and maybe spindles depending on what you already haveI would like to know more about this so called dogbox that you say...
