Ok so I didn't want it to come to this but it has. I need to finish pulling my motor. I believe I'm about 60-70% there but I just don't have the time or patience to finish it and I need it done.That being said, would anybody care to help me and basically finish it for me? I will pay u $100 or...

Did u order 2g pistons? I only see 1g on there and I'm getting 2g.

So I'm finally getting to my motor work and I would like some more advice.Should I just replace the one cracked piston with an OEM piston or should I get a whole new set of NPRs and rings?

I had already checked, I don't have one. LolBut yeah, I think I'm gonna hold off and get the V3 lite. MAPerformance has an option for non-eprom ECUs for like $95. So I assume u send in your ECU and they make it functional with the link. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

But this is with the Eprom which I need as well.Or should I try to find a cheap Eprom and get a V3 lite?

Some young guy in town had it. Ive replaced quite a bit of things on it since ive gotten it. It was literally the only DSM I could find within a reasonable distance from us when I was looking to buy.

What do u guys think ill be spending roughly on the block getting refreshed and piston replaced? Imight be able to swing some kind of tuning with the money I have available.

I thought I read somewhere that if you use a dsm head that the compression stays around 8.5.1 depending on what head gasket u use. I may be wrong. I do not have tuning software yet so thats not much of an option right this minute.So I bought the car and the tranny went out so I upgraded...

6 bolt. I dropped a valve which cracked a piston. So Im going get evo 9 pistons and have them mated to my 1g rods. Im assuming i should probly get it honed, mic'd, possibly decked. Still stuffing my brain with a lot of block related info. If u guess have any helpful suggestions feel free. Also...
