    Why not go with bigger injectors? new ones all run pretty close in price and will give you more room for improvement in the future. At-least if your going with a 550 size injector get some Evo 560's and save your self some cash.

    If it doesn't need to be rebuilt and all you want to do is clean it up then just hit the out side of the housing (outside only) with brake cleaner and wipe it down. Hit it with some never dull and wipe it down again and it should look pretty nice.

    Shorter runners and a larger runner diameter, plus the 1G throttle body is bigger. It is an upgrade if your looking for more power up top.

    You should definitely be hitting full spool earlier, and I don't know how hard your pushing the gas but I've seen as much as 20PSI at about 4500 and 3/4 throttle. I'd check for boost and exhaust leaks.

    Try bleeding it, also try adjusting the clutch pedal. If those don't work then your either gonna have to remove the tranny and shim the pivot ball, or put in a new pivot ball and clutch fork.

    The only way to tell would be to pull the tranny apart, honestly if that's the only weird driving symptom it has and the tranny shifts fine with no other weird noises or anything I'd just run it with that tranny.   28. Looking for new shocks

    Do yourself a favor, don't put on used shocks. Especially if your car is lowered, used OEM shocks will blow in like a week. Spend the money now for a decent set of aftermarket shocks (GR2's work well, and there cheap), that way you'll only have to buy one set of shocks instead of two.

    I'm not sure but you should be able to get the color code for that year Talon from a Dodge/Chrysler parts department.

    You sure do, though you can get away with leaving the drivers side wheel and hub on and just pull the tranny away from it. However you will need both off for the install.

    If you want 350AWHP your gonna be much better off putting your money into a built tranny than a built motor.

    I'm not sure why someone would do that, but my recommendation would be to remove any taps, solder the cut wire back together and heat shrink everything.

    Dount for get to pop out the axles if the got put back in for some reason, and make sure there no fluid in the tranny. Don't pull it out from the top unless you have a hoist or help, you don't want to hurt your back or drop it.

    Sounds like your Master and slave need to be replaced, might as well put in a new braided line and get rid of the accumulator while your at it.     Injector prices don't vary that much so you might as well go big, as long as the cars tuned for the injectors you wont have any issues. As for the key driver chip I don't know much about them, I'm sure that plus an SAFC would be fine for tuning. ECM link would be a better choice.
