I wouldn't get one off ebay. I would probably get stick with the 14b for awhile if the car is all stock. the 14b is a pretty good turbo for stock cars anyways.

yeah the oil return line is a common spot for oil leaks.

the throw out bearing could have gone out. the shifter fork could be broken, you could have crank walk. if you have replaced the master and slave and bled the system right and it still wont come out of gear or wont go in. these things are a really good possibility.

If you stay somewhat stock, you should be ok with a metal head gasket.

I wouldnt put the cat back on, it shouldnt really be that much louder without it on there. I would just try to see if there is any leaks around the weld on the muffler you put in... or make sure you have the proper exhaust gaskets on your fittings.

sounds like a timing problem. do a leak down test to show exactly where your compession is leaking from. a pretty good way to diagnoise the problem..

you should take that to a machine shop, and replace the bearings.

You should get a 14b with a 2g maf and 550cc injectors to push back fuel cut. You'll get more power at higher RPM's with a 14b anyways. little boy turbos are mainly for that low RRM jazz. But good lack BABY!

Twin turboing a 4 cylinder would be neat, but it would probably lack power instead of actually gaining you as much as you'd think.

I know that people could mistake fuel cut as a misfire if at high enough rpm's and enough boost. your car's fuel pump will shut off and kinda make it feel like a huge miss out.

Ok. I bought a Misubishi Eclipse GSX From Mississippi. The guy told me that the car ran great, BUT the only thing was that you had to Prime it so it would start because the fuel pressure regulator was bad. Well i know now that was crap.I Primed the car and drove it home from Mississippi...

I have a 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. My Fuel pump is in the trunk of the vehicle. Well when i put it back in from taking it out. I tried to start it and i now have a leak in my fuel line on the assembly part. Will JB weld work to fix the leak? :sosad:
