Haven't had my hands on a HTA 3076R yet, but a few years ago we made a hair over 500awhp on a bolt on FP3052. Its a great pump gas street turbo capable of low 10's on a prepared car.

Your also forgetting about leverage. A taller tire puts MORE strain on the drivetrain because of leverage, and is more likely to break parts like axles and rearends.You don't need anything taller than a 24.5" tire unless your running 170mph+ traps or can't rev the bi*** over 8k.
