I have been contemplating purchasing one of their harnesses for my 2g. I like that fact of brand new wiring and connectors to hopefully eliminate wiring issues down the road. I think I may buy it after the holidays. How long did it take to receive it?

I've followed your car for a long time now. I absolutely love how well it performs!I have a 7 blade billet wheel hx40 right now and I really want bottom 10s or high 9s.

I am in the process of having my engine built as well. I decided to go with .005" PTW clearance and rings gaps of .021" (top) and .023" (bottom). My hopes are to be around 550-600hp.

He did show me a block that he broached. It looked shiny, but you could see the cut marks on the deck. It was pretty smooth, but your finger nail would very lightly feel the cut marks if that makes sense? Should I have him try to set it up on his milling machine that they use for heads?

It seems everyone runs the Manley Turbo Tuff I beams, but they also appear to be the heaviest of the rods as well. I think I may give the Olivers a try. I am assuming I can't go wrong with any of these choices though.

I would like to be around 550awhp with an auto. I want room to grow so overkill is fine with me. I don't see many people on here that run Oliver or Pauter so it is hard getting much feedback.

My 6 bolt block is at the machine shop right now and I need to decide on what rod I want to run. I will be running Wiseco HD 10.5CR pistons too. Out of these three, what would you recommend? I think I might be leaning towards Olivers as they seem to be a little lighter.

Bought this and was told it is an HX40. There is no tag on it and I can't seem to find much with Google. Is it a legit Holset, and is it a legit HX40? I measured the inducer at 59.97mm. I have called numerous Holset distributors and not one can pull any of those numbers up in their system.

I finally got a hold of Delta and confirmed that they only sell HKS and Kelford regrinds.

Don't feel to bad, I couldn't get my GST better than a 13.4 @ 117 with street tires lol. Just keep practicing and you will start to see better times.

Rock auto doesn't sell OEM parts though. Mitsparts.com is by far the cheapest for OEM parts. I do try to support JNZ Tuning a lot as well though. Either place has been great in my experience.

I am in the same boat, my 97 GSX has supposedly not ran since 2005 and I am pretty close to getting her finished up. Not quite sure what I am going to do about the tank though.
