Those are my least favorite bolts. Im pretty sure I cut/grinded the heads off on more than one occasion before i replaced them with some stainless hardware.If no to the grinder then you'll have to wait for pb to penetrate and just keep smacking them with the hammer to loosen up the rust

My friend just did it to his Evo wheels. Great if you have ADD and want to change colors with minimal thought because you can scrape it right off if you screw up. +1 on porting and exhaust Find yourself a hand grinder and start opening that stuff up. Do that before you buy a new turbo. Find a full 3in exhaust from the back of the turbo and remove the cat. Might not add a ton of power right away but it's worth it

If you do, i would highly suggest porting it, along with the o2 housing and exhause mani. That will give you the quick spool-up and higher rpm power. Ive never had a 18g but i <3 my 16g. Whats the matter with ## 18? Seems like a good fit if you want to run 350 hp all day
