I wanna delete all a/c and abs relays and fuses in the fuse box as well for wire tuck. Just don't want some other random nonsense to happen.

I agree with replacing it with a t28 or 16g. It makes a huge difference, and to replace it with another t25 would seem like a waste of both time and money specially if your's has no play in spins freely.
if you had those problems then it might have been more then the turbo. was there oil all over the turbo? that may still be a perfectly fine turbo. you should take it apart and try it. Visual Frequently Answered Questions - Home Page
have you tried to take away some fuel or adjust the fuel pressure regulator? the stock fuel pressure regulator is at 43psi. with a 255lhp and fuel pressure turned up that maybe be way to much fuel. Ive read that its hard to tune with the safc with anything larger than 650cc injectors also...

its not as hard as it is a pain in the ***. If your gonna have it out for a while sometimes it helps to take pictures of things just for reference. And double check everything once you put it back together. easy to forget to hook something back up.
