Sorry i wasn't very clear. When the engine is turning over there is no fuel. But when I turn the key back i then hear the fuel pump and some fuel comes out.

Highpsi when you just replace your eclipse bumper cover with the talon one. I'm waiting for my talon cover in the mail but it looks like where the bolts on top of the cover, the piece they go into is in the way of the talon cover. I hope that makes sense.

Modifying springs is always a bad idea, unless you are an engineer. If you cut the springs they probably wont do their job correctly.

I had the exact same problem and fixed it very nicely by replacing the master cylinder. It also reduced pedal pressure by a lot. good luck

Would it be any different since we have distributorless ignitions. I heard you have to buy a tach driver to translate the rpm signal. Just curious.

The resistor thing off ebay makes your car think that it is recieving more/colderair. The problem is the the ecu adjusts after a while, so the mod is only temporary.
