caps are useless, go with a bigger alternator a deep cycle battery such as kinetik, run 0 awg power from the alt to the battery, 0 awg ground from the battery to the chassis, 0 awg ground from the motor to the batt. car audio is my specialty, i know what i'm talking about.
from my knowledge and from what happened to me when i would rev the car to about 2-3k the speed of the tiicking would increase with speed of the rpms and then when i got off the throttle it stalled
so youre getting cams based on the sound? Anyways if you don't want a lopey idle raise the idle speed or dont get cams, I dont see how you could dislike that sound but that's just me.
okay so i get it for the most part, only things that have me stumped are the coolant lines? bending them? i saw in the 16g swap myth thing by kolby that one of the guys used 3/8 fuel line?how does that work? also the return line? how do i widen the holes? can i just buy an after market line or...
how do i avoid dry starting the turbo? the crush washers are for the water lines right?for the copper spray gasket should that be used on all gaskets or just the o2 gasket and turbo to manifold?
ok so not to thread jack but i was searching and didnt want to create a new thread when there was one that was pretty recent, when installing a 14b into a 2g can i use a 16g install kit if i dont have any of the components? also can the oil feedline be from the oil filter housing or does it have...
Okay so I was reading and read that having too light of a flywheel may affect spooling as in that if its too light it may not spool correctly or something along the lines of that. Can someone clarify? Also, how do you know know if a flywheel is too light? Does it really become harder to drive on...
ha its the grounds, check the grounds on the battery, and amps also make sure its a true metal to metal ground (scrape paint off for best results) also aree your rca cables running next to your power wires? trry running them on opposite sides. also make sure tha radio outputs are properly...
ok so im looking to add 0awg to my alt to batter and was wondering about how many ft would be good? im adding the 0awg power with a 360amp inline fuse. also adding 2 0awg grounds. would 5 ft be enough?
as for the bore on the pstions? what bore would be good? .020 over, .040 over? which compression is better 8.3:1 or 9:1 i know lower comp theres less chance of detonation but higher comp is more power on less boost?
so i was wondering what internals would make a decent 2.3l stroker also since i will be replacing the crank and all bearings will that eliminate the chance of crankwalk on a 7bolt? would i be better off stroking a 6bolt? i have done some searching but it gets a bit confusing. would i be best off...
yes this past winter it snowed like crazy over here and i remember about 3 times easily that was very bad where i couldve totaled my car but pumped the brakes enough to save my self. Are the calipers and all that stuff the same? what exactly do i need? also since we're on the topic of traction...

its not that i dont have the funds for the pump its that i dont have the funds for the injectors and then to buy something to tune with. also i believe its a 10-12psi wastegate im pretty sure its 10psi though
i had a similar problem i checked my fuses and replaced a burned one i forgot which it was exactly but i know it was the reason my passenger side door wasnt unlocking with the switch. give it a try.
i was wondering could i run the wastegate boost on a e316g with my stock fuel system? i read that using a wally 255 would make me run too rich and potentially rich enough to the point of causing knock so thats why i ask also how high could i boost on a e316g with stock fuel system? please...
okay so i replaced my stock t25 with another t25 everything is simple except for the fact that i cant get the stock oil feedline back on. i had this problem before when i had swapped my t25 the first time but one of my friends friends had gotten it in..is there something i am missing? the...
