why would you do such a thing? projectors with hids in a 2g headlight has been done many times and they dont work well.the projector sits too close to the headlight lens and with the hid in there,the heat melts the lens...hid's and projectors dont mix,especially if its going to be daily...

loosen the downpipe and midpipe then make sure the heat shield is out of the way or just remove it,then make sure the harness from the down stream o2 is not just dangling around and is secure.you may need to slightly bend one of the hanger arms on the mid pip to center it.then bolt it all back...

first off if your doing a 6 bolt swap,go with a complete 6 bolt 1g set up head and block.use everything as if you were just swapping just a motor,use all your 2g harness and ecu.but you will definitly need to swap out some sensor plugs(easy just some minor rewiring).my 6 bolt swap took no time...
if you wanted,you can take alot parts off a srt neon,alot of it will work for you,or just find a 4g parts car and swap over the wiring warness and a front wheel gst swap and call it a day...better power,more reliable and easier to get parts.....good luck
just had this same problem.i changed the master,slave,lines,all for nothing...didnt find it til it was too late,my pressure plate failed and wound up breaking 7 teeth,was an act plate.i would recommend checking the entire clutch and release bearing(make sure its not sticking)....good luck

do a boost leak test,even though you are making boost all the way up doesnt mean you dont have a leak,and vac. test....good luck also check plugs and wires,everything clean and in good shape and no crossed wires,check to see that you didnt jump time and coils....
