I have the MSD ignition and 8.5mm wires. good setup I've been happy w/ it since I installed it. go w/ NGK plugs (BkR6es for regular or BKR6EIX for iridium).MSD is a little on the expensive side but i think the quality is well worth the money.

are you throwing a CEL? could be a number of things.

yea I agree on your estimate. there's a refinishing shop off of I-35 that does it and the estimate on my friend's 17x8" rim was about 100$.. I dont remember the name of the shop but i could find out in a hurry if anyone is interested.-Aaron

it should be in the same location as the 1g's. under the console, all the way toward the front of the car (inside the cabin) you should be able to reach it by removing the console (and inside kick panels) then following the shift-assembly toward the front of the car.location on 1g...

i'll hafta check cuz the coil and wires will be different for your engine but for mine my offer was around 375$ for coil, DIS2, and 8.5 mm wires. I havent bought it yet because my friend is checking w/ another shop to see if they can get it cheaper but i would estimate in the same price range.
