can anyone please send my photos or whatever of installing a manual boost control, thanks

hey guys i have a problem:mad:, my 95 gs-t starts to sputter as soon as i start hitting boost, the only thing i have is a evo 3 16g, and i put on my boost gauge and it says im runnig 18psi, but i never had a boost control, what should i do to fix this problem? thanks:dsm:

i have a 95 eclipse gs-t and my car turns off when im coming to a stop, but it turns on quickly and runs good and the other thing is that it idles low any suggestions would help, thank you
