His Name is Jared Taylor E-4. He drives a silver 04 STi. All stock except for a turbo back exhaust. When he was still in Germany we had the ECU re-flashed with his cobbtuning access port but i believe he re-flashed it back to stock for Hawaii.

+1 on that O-ring. Also if the CAS was turned a little when you tightened the bolts it would cause the Injectors and spark plugs to fire either too early or too late and cause a misfire. The CAS tells your ECU when to fire the Plugs and Injectors so essentially it directly affects your timing...

Yeah I tried the factory non-eprom ECU no start.The ECMlink chipped ECU that is installed is brand new refurbished. I bought it like that then had it socketed and then plugged the chip in myself. It looks to be in perfect condition. No leaking caps.
