Yes you can still break the tires loose with the 2600 and street disk. I am still breaking mine loose while in 3rd gear with no problems.

ACT 2600 street disk. Nothing else. it will hold over 500hp

With just about the same mod on a small 16g we did 316 whp back in 1998. then add a 3" intake on it and picked up 12 whp. So with a evo 16g and your mods I can see about 350 whp. If tuned correctly.
