The belt was brand new OEM from JNZ tuning and was still in original packing so the belt should be ok, there are no rips in the new belt right now but the old belt that snapped developed 3-4 small rips all on the timing belt cover side.

That pressure plate needs to sit flush to the flywheel with no gap. It is normal to not be able to push the pressure plate fully onto the flywheel by hand, when you torque the bolts in the proper order (star pattern) then there will be no gap.x2 on throwing away the manual that says to...

Correct the torque spec for the nuts is 20-22fts lbs, but I thought you were talking about the torque of the studs going into the head itself because you said stud and not nut :)OEM studs are the black oxide color, not shiny. The OEM nuts are copper.

It's the bottom middle stud, that goes threw the oil passage, on your 6-bolt motor.To get the studs installed you will need to use two nuts backed up to each other, then you put a wrench onto each nut, then you squease the wrench handles together as you turn them into the head. You will get...

You really need to do a boost leak test. At full throttle you may/maynot notice anything wrong with the car. It is at idle that you really notice the effects of a boost leak. 2G Turbo DSM Boost Leaks -How to test and fix
