Auto Tranny parts interchangeability
Not to be rude, but the question was if the INTERNALS of a fwd auto will swap with the internals of an auto awd trans. Why is probably the next question thats about to arise from everyone, or someone's going to say "just get an awd trans to swap in, its a whole lot easier" I'm not worried about...- Gamerse

Auto Tranny parts interchangeability
This is a question for the auto tranny guys out there. My wife has a 91 Talon TSI AWD automatic, her motor/trans are junk, I'm going to buy a low millage FWD auto engine/trans because the price fits my budget. I refrenced my 1990 FSM before posting, and it doesn't have the AWD auto info in it...- Gamerse
