Can try tapping the ISC. Make sure there is some slack in the TB cable. If that doesnt help momentarily pinch or block off brake booster hose and other vacuum sources while at idle condition and watch for a rpm drop. Good luck!

Sounds like injectors are clogged, since they been sitting since 2005. Lightly taps on them while they are being powered up. I'd recommend unbolting the rail off the manifold with injectors still installed to clearly see the injector's nozzles.

All 420a auto or manual 95-99 cams are the same . Use the original cams since they are already worn for your cam bearing surfaces. Torque caps Lightly :) Cams should rotate freely with cam caps installed and torqued without rockers installed this way your insured caps are not binding the cams.
