  2. 2G Yoke sticking out of transfer case

    First off I have 300m upgrade on my transfer case. The driveshaft is a DSS hd. I know J_Heath was having an issue with his 1g like this. My yoke is sticking out 1.5". Is this acceptable or is it something that I should pursue in getting resolved? Attached are a couple of pictures.
  3. Shift solenoid connector

    Are these wires out of order or are they supposed to be mix-matched? This is the black connector on the trans that goes to the valve body shift solenoids. The red and red, and blue and blue match-up, but the orange and gray do not. Can someone look at theirs and verify that this is correct or not?
  4. 6 bolt in a 2g pilot bushing/crank bolts

    After forgetting to put on my starter plate :ohdamn: I removed the flex plate. The pilot bushing has apparently been notched into by the crank bolts. Any idea why this happened? The washer type flange on the bolt is what dug into the pilot bushing. Can I just de-burr the spots on the pilot...

    Are these two holes supposed to be there? The first pic is of the hole which would be on the top of the bell housing, but I have the trans upside down in the pics. The second pic is of the bottom of the bell housing. I tried to include the front roll stop mount so you have an idea of where it is.

    I cant get my evo3 16g to go past 17-18psi. I am running the Greddy Profec B spec @ electronic boost controller. I just replaced all vac. lines and couplers and checked for boost leaks. There were no boost leaks. What is the problem?
