Yea I had a similar problem but when I replaced my turbo the smoke was gone but since you already rebuilt your turbo and your engine was rebuilt 8K ago I dunno ### it could be maybe that PCV valve, but good luck with fixin the issue ### that smoke def isnt pleasant.
